The best view of the city of Genoa is undeniably the panoramic 360 degrees view from its iconic first skyscraper, today headquarters of the broadcasting company Primocanale.

After being permitted to create my panoramic views from the roof terrace they were pleased to exhibit one in their office. The Piacentini Tower is a skyscraper in Genoa, designed by the architect Marcello Piacentini and the engineer Angelo Invernizzi. Inaugurated in 1940, it was one of the first skyscrapers built in Europe and, until 1954, the tallest habitable building in Italy. It was built from 1935 to 1940 and is 108 meters high, 120 meters with the structures that followed at its top, and has 31 floors, it is located at 132 m above sea level. Until the 1980s, the top floor housed the Martini terrace, now renamed the Colombo terrace.
